Does anyone have a ';Better Homes and Gardens New Cook Book'; with the recipe Fluffy White Icing in it?

I have lost the page with my favourite recipe in it. It is in an older edition of the red checkered Better Homes and Gardens cook book. The recipe is called either Fluffy White Frosting or Fluffy White Icing. Does anyone have it?Does anyone have a ';Better Homes and Gardens New Cook Book'; with the recipe Fluffy White Icing in it?

There is a recipe for creamy white frosting on page 167 of the 14th edition.

In a medium saucepan whisk 1 cup milk into 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened and bubbly. Reduce heat; cook and stir for 2 minutes more. Cover surface with plastic wrap. Cool to room temperature (do not stir). In a medium mixing bowl beat 1 cup softened butter, 1 cup sugar, and 1 teaspoon vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy. Add cooled milk mixture to butter mixture, 1/4 cup at a time, beating on low speed after each addition until smooth.
FLUFFY WHITE ICING

4-1/2 tbsp. all-purpose flour

1-1/2 cups milk

1-1/2 cups sugar

1-1/2 cups butter

1-1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

Make a thin paste of flour and 1/2 cup milk. Gradually add remaining

milk. Cook in double boiler, beating constantly, until thick. Remove and

let cool. Cream butter and sugar. Add vanilla and beat until fluffy.

Then add the cooled milk mixture and continue beating until like whipped cream.
You could buy a new one at Amazon.com. I don't have it, sorry. =)
