Put a large handful of tortilla chips on a microwave-safe plate. Sprinkle a small handful of nacho cheese on the chips and place in microwave on high for 1min. Let it sit for a min. or 2 and then... Heat white Almond Brick (candy coating) in microwave and then spread over cookies. Make sure the coating goes down the side. Let cool. and then remove from wax paper.

ROCKY ROAD COOKIE BARS
Heat oven to 350 and press chocolate chip cookie dough into a ungreased 13x9 pan. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until light golden brown. Top with 1/2 cup salted peanuts. 1cup miniature marshmallows and 1/2 cup chocolate chips. Bake an additional 3 to 5 minutes or until marshmallows are puffed and lightly browned: cool and drizzle with 1/3 cup caramel topping
Cherry Slush
2 cups cold club soda
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 tsp. plus 1/8 tsp. cherry (or other flavor) unsweetened kool-aid mix
2 1/2 cups crushed ice
1/2 tsp. cherry extract (optional)
In blender mix 1 cup of the club soda, the sugar, kool-aid mix, andcherry extract, blend 2 minutes until sugar is dissolved. Add ice and blend until mix is a slushy consistency with no remaining chunks of ice. Add remaining cup of club soda and blend until mixed. If necessary, place blender in freezer for 1/2 hour to help thicken it up. After the 1/2 hr blend again briefly to mix.
