FINDING OUT ABOUT SEXUALITY=COOK BOOK RECIPE?!?

Is it me or are more and more and I mean more people on here, especially in the LGBT section asking questions regarding their sexuality every time?

';Am I gay?';; ';I am a girl and I slept with my female friend in the same bed, am i a lesbian?';, I am a guy and I saw my dad change his swimming trunks yesterday, will I turn gay?';, ';He stirs at me all the time, will that turn me gay?';, ';I kissed my guy friend on the cheek and even hugged him, does this mean I am bisexual since I have a girlfriend';, I am a guy and I think about guys a lot when I sleep with my girlfriend BUT i dont want to be gay or affected by it, how can I STOP IT?';

ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!!!

And my all time favorite, ';Is being gay a choice and why arent they allowed in the church?';

I sometimes feel some of these people are making fun of the community and not really serious about their questions at all, making it look like a cook book or thinking gay/bi/trans/les people just sat down to be this way one day.FINDING OUT ABOUT SEXUALITY=COOK BOOK RECIPE?!?
I agree with almost everything you said, but I have to admit that some very young kids access this area of Yahoo and, maybe due to some unkind teasing, or fear/phobia of being perceived as LGBTQ, make them a bit worried. I can see both sides, really - one of concern and another of ';please!, not another silly question about am I gay if..';

We all find our paths the best way we can. Some people in small towns, for instance, are afraid of the stigma that can be attached is people find out your sexual preference. I say move to a larger town, but this isn't always age-appropriate. Just try to be understanding and kind in your answers to these people. They don't know any better than to ask the question; we can be kind enough to answer them.

Peace!

Now mix in 2 cups of chocolate chips and were good to go.

I have to agree with you on this one, i've only been on here a few days, and i've noticed some really silly questions, which quite obviously are not serious or are making a mockery of the LGBT community.

thanks for sharing your opinion.

Hope you have a really nice day hun :)
people like this make annoy me to no end... i met my very first anti gay person the other day... he asks me my age and i reply that i am 16.. hes like.. why are you choosing to do this? afterall being gay is a choice.. you have your whole life ahead of you and your doing this....

im just like... whaaaaat????
Yeah...tell me about it. The number of question I answered decreased dramatically over time due to these kinds of questions. I mean...does people turn gay just because they wonder their sexuality?

Sheesh.....
