Recipes teens can cook or a book?

My nephew has recently shown potential in cooking and I want to get him a cook book or some recipes that he can cook but most of the books I found are too childish and I know he won't go for it. (He's 15)

Got any ideas?

if your nephew can read, he can cook most any recipe.

Rachel Ray has many that are simple and easy.

If you cook a lot, make him a cook book with some of your favorite dishes and that way you can add instructions or tips. Its what I did for my girls when they began to cook at home.Recipes teens can cook or a book?
For recipes that are geared towards novice cooks but are still impressive enough to serve guests, go to: http://recipes.thesimplefeast.com.

Your nephew would do well with their recipes, such as Turkey Chili, Baked Chicken Nuggets, and Spaghetti Carbonara.
How about a ';cook book'; magazine that you find at the check out lanes of the grocery store? Pillsbury makes a few different ones, and after a few shopping trips you should be able to get a good variety of easy to make meals and desserts.
The recipes on my site are basic Italian style recipes. All of them have step by step instructions with pictures. This might be something your nephew could enjoy. http://www.eat-well-save-money-recipes.c鈥?/a>
